Hani Al Saleh is the Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Hala, leading provider of Logistics services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also manages the family’s investments and sits on the board of a number of companies including a publicly listed company. He has been the key initiator of multiple investments including Naqel Co. and Hala Supply Chains. He has a long history of achievements, investments, and operational experience and is considered to be proficient in managing complexity, building teams, and creating successful businesses.
Hani Alsaleh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from King Saud University in 1994. He later received an MBA from Babson College in the USA in 2001 with honors (Magna Cum Laude). He believes in constant development and has been participating in multiple courses with distinguished schools including IESE, IMD, LBS, and HBS. He also participated in numerous workshops and seminars in different fields. After graduating in 1994, Hani Alsaleh worked as a Project Manager in the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. After his MBA, he joined Arabian Hala Co.in 2001 where he was promoted to CEO in 2002. He later managed Naqel Co. after spinning it out of Arabian Hala as a JV with the government from 2005 till 2011.
Hani Alsaleh also serves on various boards as a member and also Director of said boards. Arabian Hala acts as an umbrella company, which oversees and owns various companies in the country of Saudi Arabia and beyond. Currently, Hani is the Director of the Board for Alujain Corp., Tire Service Center Co. and Health Water Bottling Co (NOVA). Ranging from transportation to healthy water, Hani Alsaleh has input in many of the most successful industries in the world. Additionally, Hani serves as the Director for the Board of Naqel, a company owned by Hala. Naqel is one of the leading Logistics and Transport companies in Middle East. With over 4900 cities, towns, and villages in its network, Naqel is able to provide express transport for all of their clientele.

Fadi is a Founding Partner and CIO of Amwal Capital Partners based in Riyadh.
Prior to co-founding Amwal Capital Partners, Fadi was a Founding Partner / CEO of Amwal AlKhaleej, a leading MENA private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Fadi held various consulting, banking, and corporate positions working as an Engagement Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton in Europe and the Middle East, as an associate at Citigroup’s Schroder Salomon Smith Barney in the Investment Banking division in London, and as a Brand Manager for German Multinational Company Henkel in Paris.
Fadi serves on the boards and committees of several private companies and public funds across the region. Fadi also serves on the Wharton School Global Executive Board, and is a YPO member, Riyadh Chapter.
Fadi holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and masters from the Lancaster University Management School, and Nantes Graduate School of Management.
Fadi is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Italian, and has basic knowledge of Spanish.

Samer is a Founding Partner and SEO & COO of Amwal Capital Partners based in Dubai.
Prior to co-founding Amwal Capital Partners, Samer was a Partner and UAE Country Head at Amwal AlKhaleej’s Dubai office. He joined Amwal AlKhaleej in 2008. Prior to that, Samer was a Senior Associate at Lehman Brothers, based in its London office as part of the Investment Banking Natural Resources Group M&A team. Earlier in his career at Lehman, Samer was part of its global real estate group, where he led teams in the origination and analysis of commercial real estate loans, as well as structuring of commercial mortgage backed securities, structuring over $2billion of CMBS. Prior to joining Lehman, Samer had four years of experience in construction management with Bouygues Batiment in France and Tahiti.
Samer also serves on a number of boards of private companies in Jordan and the UAE, including serving on the investment committee of the Lester B. Pearson College Endowment (Canada).
Samer holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, double majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and he has a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from McGill University, majoring in Structural Engineering. Samer is a member of YPO Dubai chapter.
Samer is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
