Fully owned subsidiary of Amwal Capital Partners, an investment manager with more than a decade experience investing in GCC markets, Amwal Capital AlMalyiah (“ACP KSA”) was established in 2023 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the purpose of catering directly to its Saudi Clients, by virtue of marketing and managing assets in the Kingdom. The firm is licensed to practice Asset Management services in the Kingdom and is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority ("CMA"). The firm mainly manages the accounts of its Saudi based institutional, corporate and high net worth investors along with any Saudi based funds it launches.

ACP KSA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amwal Capital Partners, an Independent Asset Management Firm set up in 2014 with AUMs of over $1.8bn across the group investing in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region focusing on public equities. The team has experience in investing in MENA and have worked together for almost twenty years. During that time, the team has built a robust and consistent alpha generating track record having successfully invested across various asset classes in the region.
The investment approach employs a combination of macro-economic analysis, fundamental individual sector, and security analysis by conducting thorough private-equity style due diligence to identify attractive investment opportunities in the public markets.

In 2015, Amwal Capital Partners launched its maiden fund, Amwal Capital Partners MENA Fund which is a long-biased MENA fund investing mainly in public equities. Independent and fully owned by its Management & Investment team, the Firm manages capital for the world largest Sovereign wealth funds and international institutional investors including Funds of Funds, Multi-family offices, pensions and endowments, insurance companies, and foundations.
The Firm has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Amwal Capital Almaliyah, which was set up in 2023 and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is regulated by the CMA; and, Amwal Capital Partners Limited, set up in 2016 and is based in Dubai, UAE and is regulated by the DFSA.

Amwal Capital Partners' experienced investment team is entirely indigenous (all from MENA). Having worked together for more than almost two decades within the region, the team enjoys strong local networks and has a proven track record in alternative investments across the firm's targeted geographies in the Middle East.
The founding team has invested throughout volatile cycles and has proven resilience and discipline throughout all these periods. The company is independent, fully owned by its investment team through a true partnership structure and is totally aligned with its investors having committed a large portion of its net wealth across its strategies.
