Imad is a Founding Partner and Fund Manager of Amwal Capital Partners based in Dubai.

Prior to launching Amwal Capital Partners, Imad was a project manager with McKinsey & Company based out of their Dubai office from 2008 onwards where he led projects across multiple sectors including retail, mining, pharmaceutical, banking, family businesses, infrastructure and others. His work spanned across the MENA region with a special focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Kuwait. He worked on topics ranging from strategy to operations and corporate finance. Imad has also previously worked in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Imad also serves on the board of HyperPay, a leading fintech and online digital payments player (Saudi Arabia).

Imad holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship Management. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut where he graduated with Distinction. Imad is fluent in English and Arabic and has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
